Northwest MedWAR is returning for a fall race this October 21st, 2023 in the Yakima Valley.

Pacific Northwest Wilderness Medicine is excited to host our 3rd MedWAR, this time set in beautiful Central Washington in the fall.

Registration is now open. There are limited spots available, so be sure to act fast. We can't wait to see you in-person on race day.

Capacity: 10 teams of four (4) racers starting at $250 per team.

Format: Compass and map guided adventure with wilderness scenarios and multiple choice questions along the way.
