REGISTRATION

The race is open to anyone interested in wilderness medicine and is typically oriented toward medical students and providers, however there is no restriction to whom may sign up. Registration for MedWAR TN 2024 is now open!

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Teams: 20 teams of three (3) racers per team.

Fees: $150 per team.

Deadline: November 1st, 2024. After this date, contact us. Entries may be accepted based on availability.

Registration includes:

  • Event shirt *

  • Race admission

  • Pre-race snacks

  • Post-race celebration event

*Team members will receive a shirt with the registration fee. Please submit the size for each team member upon registration. Please register early to ensure that your shirt can arrive by race day.

Cancellation policy: 50% refund until 2 weeks before the race. No refund less than 2 weeks before the race. Team members may be substituted at anytime until check-in on Race Day but must notify the Race Directors ahead of time.
